Focus Coaching will be holding a host of seminars and courses across Leicestershire. These will be themed towards personal development and well-being. Visit our site to keep up-to-date on such opportunities in your area.
Formal Qualifications - Now Available
The PRISM Development programme is a 12 week course that will explore in the broadest scope, the balance of a person with respect to the Mind, Body and Spirit. It will be delivered in a group setting and places will be limited to 20.
The aim is to: expand your mind & knowledge, your inner peace, your state of mind, develop your spirituality, self confidence, improve your health and more...

The first PRISM Group will start on Thursday 4th March in Wigston, Leicestershire. Please book prior to attending.
Price: £5 per week or £50 for the 12 sessions.
4:30-6:00pm Age Concern, Paddock Street, Wigston
or
7:00-8:30pm Parklands Leisure Centre, Oadby

PRISM Development Group
These courses will lead to an award accredited by a nationally recognised body. Standards up to NQF level 3 (same standard as A-level, National Diplomas/ NVQ level 3).
