Mr Singh had been 'wheeling & dealing’ in many business ventures for many years but he had not made any venture pay for himself. He couldn’t identify why none of his ideas evolved into good business ventures.
With the Coach they identified his areas of weakness and where his strengths were. Together they developed an action plan to address the weaknesses and play to his strengths.

Mr Singh managed to get his last venture off of the ground and can now afford to employ members of staff. He is now about to launch a new project, for which we wish him great success!

Running a business can consume your life and it is so easy to lose track of why you set up the business in the first place.
