He has curiosity for what makes people ‘tick’ and a genuine motivation to want to help them. He is intuitive and perceptive in a non-judgemental and non-critical manner. Coach is very sensitive towards people and open minded enough to ask thought provoking or difficult questions that challenges their thinking. By asking the right questions to get to the real core of the issue, he has the ability to listen and to hear what is actually being said, recognising its true meaning. I would recommend coaching to anyone who wants to try something different that will expand on their horizon.
